Our consultants are proficient users of a broad range of commercial scheduling software as Primavera P3, Suretrak, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.


Our Schedulers will develop a Work Breakdown Structure to ensure that the entire project scope has been completely covered. Then, a detailed activity list will be created, in collaboration with the project manager, which covers all the construction activities, milestones and long-lead procurement items. According to the CPM Scheduling requirements, a detailed cost and resource loaded project schedules can be attained. Schedules we provide include, but not limited to, the following:

During the Execution phase, our Schedulers will update the progress, and produce all required tabular and graphical reports to determine the progress trends and project status. These updates can include Narrative Reports, Variance Analysis and Earned Value Reports, if required.
